Achievements

Helping a client’s business work more efficiently, save money on taxes and take advantage of an exciting opportunity are the kinds of achievements that mean the most to us. They don’t usually come with a plaque or trophy, but with a wonderful sense of satisfaction.

Other achievements, however, have been noted with an award or some official notice, and we’re proud to list them below:  

2008 & 2009 Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace

DMLO was one of only eleven Louisville companies to receive the prestigious Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility.  At the presentation, a representative of the sponsoring organization, the 2008 When Work Works Initiative, commented that the companies receiving the award in Louisville actually placed in the Top 5% of companies nationwide based on scores from company and employee questionnaires.

Best Places to Work in Kentucky 2006

The Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management State Council, in conjunction with the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, named DMLO one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky. We are particularly proud of this achievement because we believe our staff deserves a great work environment and that a great work environment will continue to help us attract and retain the most talented people in our industry.

Business/Family Partnership, 1999 – 2002

This award was created by Greater Louisville Inc. (the Louisville Chamber of Commerce) along with the Society for Human Resource Management, Business First of Louisville and Jefferson County Government.  It recognized organizations that create a more productive workplace and stronger families by implementing policies and programs that support both roles.
