Log-in

 

This is an internet space you can use to safely and securely transfer files to and from our accountants. We appreciate the need to protect your personal identities and will utilize this portal for documents which contain such information.  It is also valuable for sending large files that may be too big for emails or may get caught by spam filters. It’s available to all our clients and requires only a few moments to register. All you need is a valid email address and password (user’s choice). After registering, you will receive an email letting you know your user account has been activated. You can then upload or download files.

To sign up for a user account, click on Client Portal Login button.  Click on the link for new user registration and provide your user information.  Do not share your password with our staff or anyone else.  You will receive a confirmation that your user account has been activated. 

To upload a file, log-in to the Client Portal.   Click on “upload files” and provide the email address of the accountant you wish to download the file(s).  Be sure the “specific user” button is marked.  You can upload as many as 5 files.  Click the browse button and navigate to the file you want to upload and click on it.  Once you have selected your file(s) click the upload button.  After the upload is complete, a notification will be sent to the email address of the accountant you specified.

To download a file, click on the link in the notification email you received or come back to www.dmlo.com and log-in. Click “files uploaded to me.”  You will see a listing of all files uploaded to your email address.  Click on the file you want to download and follow any instructions.
